These are the five links (along with their related bicycle icons) that centralized all of UC Davis' IET Service Management's teams processes into a one-stop shop for service requests, help desk tickets, record management, and knowledge management.
This workshop focuses on our journey with our single "go here!" portal and the flat tires and mud we had to withstand to get to where we are today.
New: We will be exposing a public version of our portal for your own use. Developers will have immediate access to install our portal in your own ServiceNow environment.
