For departments/teams who provide a technical product or service for the campus (for example, a website platform or hosting service, a learning management system, document management, etc.), and who also provide documentation on how to use that product or service. Discussion could include what platforms are used for documentation, how often documentation is updated, how it's organized, and more. The goal of this discussion would be to share tips and ideas so that we can better serve our customers with our documentation.

- How often do you revisit/update the documentation on how to use your product or service?
- How do you choose to organize your documentation in order to best serve your customers?
- How do you accommodate a wide range of users/customers (for example, a range from non-technical user to a tech-savvy user)?
- Do you provide only written documentation, or video (screencasts or other recordings), or both?
