Walter currently serves as the Interim Support Desk Supervisor for UC Davis main support desk, IT Express. He oversees the daily operations of the service desk focusing on customer service and business process improvement. Before his interim position, Walter lead the IET Request Fulfillment, ServiceNow, initiative with the IT Service Management Team and helped with the launch of the new support portal for campus IT services, https://ucdavisit.service-now.com/servicehub.
