Bio
Tolgay Kizilelma, Ph.D., is a business-IT professional with over 20 years of industry experience covering the whole IT spectrum. In addition to managing the IT infrastructure and support departments, he also leads the cybersecurity efforts as the Chief Information Security Officer for UC Agriculture and Natural Resources. He is an advocate of lifelong learning and also teaches various business-IT courses at Saint Mary’s College of California where he got his MBA. His current research interests are cybersecurity, business analytics, and educational IT programs.
