I have over 15 years of IT experience and have had a career spanning various isectors including Banking, Mortgage and Education. I have taken on a myriad of Roles and responsibilities during my programming and IT Business System Analysis career, and have learned and grown from each one of them. I joined UCOP on the MOTIVE Migration project in 2015 and after its completion in 2016, have transitioned to my current role at UCOP In ITSM Configueation Management implementing Configuration Management Processes and CMDB through Service Now/ITSM.
