Bio
Quyen is the Program Manager for Web Content & Strategy at UCLA IT Services. The Web Content & Strategy team concentrates on developing, promoting, and maintaining best practices for web content creation, management and user interaction design. The team works closely with pertinent UCLA departments to ensure compliance with university web branding, usability, and accessibility standards. The group also has program management responsibility for UCLA's enterprise Drupal platform, Box and DocuSign.
Along with her day-to-day responsibilities, Quyen works closely with her colleagues in promoting open collaboration across the UC system. Quyen is a co-founder of the UC Drupal Collaboration team, along with UC San Francisco and UC Davis.
