Patrick Wagman, PMP is the Infrastructure Program Manager in Information Technology Solutions at the University of California, Riverside. He is responsible for planning and managing assigned IT projects and programs supporting the IT Infrastructure Team, UCR’s Auxiliary Services Division, and for developing project, program, and portfolio processes and helping manage the IT portfolio. He has over twenty years of experience in management and leadership, quality assurance of personnel and programs, information systems, project management, business process analysis and adult education. He has presented at past EDUCAUSE Connect and Regional events and has 15+ years instructor and meeting facilitation experience, including certification as a "People Skills" facilitator.
