Bio
Dr. Oliver Kreylos is a Research Computer Scientist with the UC Davis Department of Earth & Planetary Sciences, and the primary software developer for the UC Davis W.M. Keck Center for Active Visualization in the Earth Sciences (KeckCAVES, http://keckcaves.org). His primary objectives are the development of methods and software for interactive visual analysis of scientific data using immersive "virtual reality" environments.
In his copious free time, Dr. Kreylos posts VR-related videos under the okreylos YouTube account, tweets about VR topics as @okreylos, and posts technical articles about VR and related technologies on his blog, http://doc-ok.org.
