Bio
Mark Hersberger is IT Services Communications and Outreach Manager at UC San Diego. His team is responsible for communications and change efforts for IT initiatives and the Enterprise Systems Renewal program. Mark comes to UC San Diego following 10+ years with The UPS Store Inc., during which he worked on nationwide advertising efforts and franchisee-facing communications projects. He is a UCLA grad with degrees in French and Political Science and an MBA from San Diego State. If they ever play in basketball, he'll be rooting for the Aztecs!
