Bio
I'm a tech writer and instructional designer/trainer at UCOP. I've gone through Presentation Skills training (presenting *and* designing slides people want to see), and am a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner. I prepared a Knowledge Management Plan to make our collateral easier to find. I teach several classes at UCOP, including "Introduction to Technical Delivery Services" and "Writing Right." I'm an amateur stand-up comedian and like biking around San Francisco.
