I enjoy learning new technology, designing and implementing new systems and acting as the middle woman between IT staff and everyone else. It is rewarding to train colleagues how to leverage database software to streamline workflow, automate communications, maintain immigration compliance and eliminate needless manual data entry and tracking. I specialize in three types of higher ed software: HR/SIS, SEVIS and international case management.
