Bio
Ian Crew is the Solutions Architect on the Productivity Suite team at the University of California, Berkeley. In that role, he is responsible for solutions architecture and design for UC Berkeley's instances of Google G Suite, Box, Adobe Creative Cloud, and, to a lesser extent, Office 365. In addition, Ian is a Top Contributor on Google's Cloud Connect Community, a co-leader of the Educause Google G Suite Constituency Group, and a member of the Google and Box Higher Education Customer Advisory Boards. In over 20 years at UC Berkeley, his experience has ranged from end user and computer lab desktop support, to Internet Connection Kit CDs, to administration of on-premise and cloud collaboration tools. Ian has degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley, and in Human-Computer Interaction from University College London.
