Principal Engineer- 20 year healthcare experience ranging from startups to large healthcare systems. Founded a healthcare company that eventually was acquired by Healtheon/WebMD. Heavily involved with healthcare standards including HL7 (v2, FHIR, CCDA) and EDI to integrate heteregenous systems. Most recently involved with FHIR, SMART-on-FHIR, Clinical Decision Support and API-based integrations to support healthcare workflows.
