UC ANR is a division of UCOP charged with delivering on UC's extension and outreach mission. We have folks in every county, embedded on several campuses, and 40,000 volunteers in programs like 4-H and Master Gardeners. I'm involved in all aspects of digital technology at UC ANR, from enterprise communication tools to administrative systems to UC Path, IdP and everything in between. I'm interested in innovative employee engagement, culture, continuous improvement, system sustainability, waterfall v. agile and developing right-sized IT teams.
