Conference Sessions

UCCSC is a two-day conference with 10+ sessions running concurrently. We’re looking for session submittals covering a broad range of IT topics, both technical and non-technical, and a mix of intermediate and advanced-level material. Conference attendees are sysadmins, developers, QA, ed-tech people, designers, former-developers-turned-managers, and many more, with experience levels ranging from beginner to veteran.

UCCSC welcomes both new and experienced speakers and we place a strong value on featuring a diverse, creative line-up of topics. 

Don't forget to complete your profile, including your bio and photo, which will appear with your accepted session(s). 

Timeline:

Here is the timeline and actions for UCCSC session proposal review:

February 2 - Proposal submissions open

April 2 - Final date to submit proposals

April 3 - 6 - Review proposals for completion and topic relevancy

April 6 - Move proposals from the UCCSC site into Qualtrics with as much identifiable information stripped as possible and only short descriptions/titles included

April 7 - 14 - Open up the Qualtrics survey by track for UCCSC Ambassadors to rank their preferences

April 16 - Final day for ranking by UCCSC Ambassadors

April 17 - 27 - Confirm session selection

April 30 - Send confirmation to accepted speakers (no later than April 30)
